The venue: Glass Hall
The summit will be held at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.
The entire event will take place in Glass Hall. Meet up at the O’Reilly Auto Parts Grand Atrium on the first floor for check-in.
If you have a disability and require accommodations to fully participate in the summit, please request accommodations through the registration form.
Lodging
We’ve arranged special rates for attendees to stay on the Missouri State campus. Housing is a 6-minute walk from Glass Hall.

Cost is $32/night for a single-occupancy room with linens. The rate includes parking at Lot 15, 921 Bear Blvd, Springfield, MO.
Alternatively, the University Plaza Hotel is the closest hotel. Call 417-864-7333 and ask for the “Missouri State rate.” This rate is subject to availability.
Parking
Parking for the Web Accessibility Summit is at the Bear Park South parking garage. The cost for parking is $2.75 per day and you should register for parking in advance through the registration form. We will email you a PDF permit before the event.
As noted above, the on-campus housing includes parking. If you’re staying on campus, you do not need to reserve parking in the garage.
